Mechanism
The No-DAC form has a short, roughly 30-minute half-life that matches natural GHRH pulsing, avoiding the receptor downregulation associated with sustained-release formulations. Combined with ipamorelin in research settings, GH output reaches up to 10 times baseline without the desensitization seen when either compound is studied alone.
